If we analyze the value chain for floating power plants, it can be divided into three parts, namely, raw materials, solution providers and end-users. Floating power plants can be either renewable or non-renewable. Major raw materials used in installing a floating power plant are solar photovoltaic panels, floating systems, wind turbines, electronic parts and others. All solution provider companies have their own quality standards and financial terms that a supplier needs to qualify before the purchase process.

Solution providers are responsible for installing the complete generation plant, generation of power and successful transmission of power from the plant.
